Friday 10/3/2025

Today is a travel day for all attendees and a chance for rest and recovery from your overnight trip.

*Check-in time is 3:00pm but you may store your luggage and freshen up at the hotel. Please note we understand everyone is arriving early on an overnight but most rooms will not be ready until check-in time. The hotel will be provided the flight manifest and will do their best with early check-ins.

Please note that a hold will be placed on your personal credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. Please do NOT use your BILL company card for this. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!

Upon arrival, BILL has arranged transportation for you from the airport to the Hyatt. Once you collect your luggage and exit immigration to the arrivals hall, your driver will be holding a sign with the BILL President’s Club Logo. Our trusted transportation company name is Gold Limousine.

Free day to explore Lisbon. Tonight, you are on your own for dinner! 

For those looking to explore restaurants in Lisbon, some of our favorite restaurants in downtown Lisbon are Sacramento do Ciado, Lisboa A Noite, A Cevicheria but honestly everywhere is good there. If you want to stay closer to the hotel, check out the LX Factory, just a quick 15 minute walk downhill.

• If you plan on eating at the hotel, we highly recommend making dinner reservations before you arrive at Hyatt Regency. Reservations can be made here.

Saturday 10/4/2025

• Start your day with the breakfast buffet offered daily at the ViseVersa Bar and Restaurant, available from 7:00-11:00am. This breakfast buffet is INCLUDED in your stay.
  

• Explore Lisbon! 

• We recommend touring the local area around the hotel, as there is so much to see right outside of the Hyatt. As you exit the hotel to the left, you can cross over a walking bridge and stroll down the River walk to explore monuments, such as the Tower of Belém, the Belém Cultural Centre, the Jerónimos Monastery, the MAAT –Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology and the Lisbon Convention Centre. • If you are looking to relax and catch your breath after a long travel day, enjoy some time for some rest and relaxation with Hyatt indoor swimming pool or thermal oasis at the spa.

• 6:00-7:00 PM - BILL Welcome Event- Please join us for a casual welcome toast at the Hyatt in the VISTA room before we break into groups for small group dinners.

• 7:30 PM - BILL Group Dine-Arounds - Tonight you will enjoy a group dinner with your co-workers at a selected restaurant within downtown Lisbon.

• For those looking for a nightcap, take advantage of the prime location near the Bairro Alto neighborhood.  Known for its lively night scene and street lined with bars and patrons fill the street to celebrate together.

Sunday 10/5/2025

  • Today you and your guest will have an option of participating in an activity around Lisbon. In the registration process, you will be able to select the activity of your choosing. For those who'd rather explore Lisbon on their own, you can choose to opt out of an activity by selecting Resort Credit on your registration.

Monday 10/6/2025

• Start your day with the breakfast buffet offered daily at the ViseVersa Bar and Restaurant. This breakfast buffet is INCLUDED in your stay and is offered from 7:00-10:30am.
  
  
• 9:00am-10:00am - BILL Business Meeting. The meeting will be hosted in the VISTA meeting room at the hotel. This meeting is required for all employees. We recommend eating breakfast prior to the meeting.
  
  
• Today is all yours to explore Lisbon!
  • Head downtown for a chance to embrace yourself in the historic area of Lisbon, we highly recommend comfortable walking shoes to explore. Some of the top attractions to see include Praça do Comércio, Rossio Square, Lisbon Cathedral, São Jorge Castle, and the historic neighborhoods of Alfama, Chaido & Bairro Alto.

• 6:00pm-10:00pm - BILL President's Club Celebration Dinner. Please meet in the lobby at 5:45pm for departure as we will be walking to the restaurant. Dinner and drinks will be served. 

Tuesday 10/7/2025

• Start your day with the breakfast buffet offered daily at the Vice Versa Bar and Restaurant. This breakfast buffet is INCLUDED in your stay and is offered from 7:00-10:30am.

• Check out is 12pm. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. BILL will be covering all hotel room and tax charges, providing  a food and beverage stipend, and hosting you and your guest for one chosen activity. All additional incidental charges at check-out should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed.
  
  
• Travel day. Those leaving Lisbon will be provided group transport to the airport. Please check your individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time.
