[fa icon="plus-square"] Can we bring a guest?

Yes, every Bill.com President's Club inductee can invite one guest.  Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling, or best friend. It should be someone that is an important part of your life.  You cannot bring an active employee as your guest unless they are your spouse or partner.

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All qualifiers will be notified through email with a link to registration.  All registrations must be received by Friday, August 15th!  Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in the October trip.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

All flights are required to be booked through Executive Group Travel.  Upon completing the registration, a representative from EGT will be in contact within 72 hours with several flight options and once selected, will be booked for you and your guest. We ask that you please do not book a flight on your own.

Executive Group Travel will manage the budget for each attendees flight.  You will be held responsible for the difference of any flights that go over your budget and you will be provided instructions to cover that through Executive Group Travel.

Please note all flights will be booked directly in and out of Lisbon only.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. 

Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. 

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, you will be financially responsible to cover any cost of the cancellation of your extension nights. 

[fa icon="plus-square"] The best way to get around Lisbon is by Uber or Tram!

By Car Share 

  • Uber's are readily available and a cost effective way to travel around.
  • Note that Lyft is not available in Lisbon.

By Train

Tram 15E is the main and modern Tram that connects the area around the Hyatt to downtown Lisbon. The route map and the schedule are located at the stop right outside of the Hyatt. 

  • Tram 15E operates from 6am to 1am daily, with departures every 12 minutes.
  • The Tram 15E ride from Belém to downtown is about 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic and stops at some of the city's most historic locations. 

By Bus

  • The bus route in Belém to downtown is the 728.
  • The only bus route to get to the São Jorge Castle is the 737, outside the Lisbon Cathedral.

Getting public transportation tickets 

  • Onboard ticket machines. A single ticket can be purchased from the onboard ticket machines on trams, trains, and buses and typically cost between 1€ and 4€ depending on the final location. Unfortunately these machines only accept coins and don’t provide change. 
  • Purchase a Navegante Card at a kiosk at Metro, Tram , and Ferry Stations where you can load funds to travel. You can add single tickets onto the card, purchase a 24 transit card (approximately 7€ ), or a Lisboa Card (approximately 22€) that would cover the length of your stay. 
  • More details on ticket and transportation options can be found here. Please note that all travelers will need their own card as one card is not able to be scanned twice on the same ride.
[fa icon="plus-square"] What do I need to know about the Hyatt Regency?
The Hyatt: 
  • The Hyatt Regency is located about 20 minutes from the Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS)
  • The Breakfast Buffet at ViseVersa is included in your stay!
  • A credit card will be placed on file with the hotel at the time of check in. A hold for incidentals will be placed on the card, so we highly recommend using a credit card over a debit card. The hold will be released upon checkout.
  • Active Gym by Serenity:
      • Please note that there is a 50% discount on Group Fitness Classes, however any additional fees that apply to participate in fitness classes must be covered by the individual.
      Restaurants
      • To get to the Icon Rooftop Bar, the only access is by the elevator located in the ViseVersa Restaurant, the main hotel elevators do not provide rooftop access.

This is a casual trip.

For the evenings events including the Celebration dinner we recommend packing business casual clothing. A reminder to bring a pair of comfortable sneakers to explore Lisbon!

[fa icon="plus-square"] What type of adapter will I need for my electronics?
For those traveling from outside the EU you will need to use an adapter to plug in any electronics.  The wall plugs in Europe are different than the US, UK, and JAPAC.  We recommend a Type C travel adapters which has two round pins.

The electricity supply in Europe is 220v, which means that appliances using North American voltage (110v) will need a transformer. Many devices like cell phones, laptops, tablets and camera chargers have built in converters and will automatically accommodate the change in voltage (110-240V).

For those looking to plug in a hair straightener or electric shaver we recommend buying an adapters that also converts 110-to-220V.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is the hotel all-inclusive?

The Hyatt, Lisbon is not an all-inclusive venue, but BILL has provided each PCLUB recipient with $1000 for meals and ground transportation. You will receive this on your Spend & Expense card by Friday, September 5. While the venue is not all-inclusive, please note that breakfasts are included daily.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

Yes, for those arriving on group dates, Bill.com will be providing airport transportation to the Hyatt. On the arrival day, once you collect your luggage and exit immigration to the arrivals hall, your driver will be holding a sign with the Bill.com Logo. Our trusted transportation vendor in Lisbon is Gold Limousine.

For those extending their trip and arriving to Lisbon prior to the start of the event, you are on your own to get to your hotel. Uber is readily available at the airport. Please note that Lyft is NOT available in Lisbon.

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
