    Thursday, November 5, 2026

    Travel day to Cancun. A reminder you will be flying into the Cancun International Airport located about 30-35 minutes from the resort.

    *** Check-in time is 3:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.

    A hold will be placed on your card at check in, the hold will be released at check out. We recommend putting a credit card rather than a debit card on file.

    Upon arrival in Cancun, please completely exit the airport and you will find a BILL sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is AMSTAR.

    • You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change once you arrive.
    • Upon arrival, today is all yours to relax and explore the resort!

     

    7:00 - 9:00pm: Welcome Reception - Please join us on the La Punta Deck for dinner and drinks to kick off the week!

    For those looking for an evening nightcap, the Don Fernando Lobby Bar is open until 11:00 PM, the El Cielo Sky Bar is open until 1:00 AM, and the El Deseo Theatre Bar is open until 3:00 AM daily.

    • Start your day with the breakfast buffet offered daily at the Mercado Restaurant, available from 7:30-11:30am and  El Suspiro offers breakfast a la carte from 7:00-11:00am. For those looking for a grab and go option, Alba is open daily beginning at 6:00am offering fresh juices, fruit smoothies, superfoods, nutrient boosts, and healthy dishes like quinoa and plant-based options, while the coffee shop, Cafecito open daily at 6:30am.
    • 9:00-10:00 AM - BILL Business Meeting. Today's meeting will be hosted in the Manglar meeting room, located across from the Cilento restaurant to the right of the main lobby.
    • Today is all yours to enjoy the resort! Check out one of the five pools on property or put your toes in the sand, full relaxation is just steps from your room. As an INSPIRA guest you have exclusive access to the INSPIRA Beach and INSPIRA Rooftop pool. For those looking for more activities, click here for all the resort has to offer. The gym is available 24/7 and a reminder that you have a complimentary Hydrotherapy Circuit at NUUP Spa included in your stay.

    • Dinner on Own. Tonight you are on your own to explore one of the great restaurants right on property. To view all the dining options, click here. As an INSPIRA Guest, you will be able to make reservations through the concierge team or directly with your designated Butler whom you will be introduced to at check-in. A reminder that Maria Dolores is NOT included in the all-inclusive package.

    Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.

      • Today you and your guest will have an option of participating in an activity around Lisbon. In the registration process, you will be able to select the activity of your choosing. For those who'd rather explore Lisbon on their own, you can choose to opt out of an activity by selecting Resort Credit on your registration.

    • Check out is 11am. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. BILL will be covering all hotel room and tax charges and hosting you and your guest for one chosen activity. All additional incidental charges at check-out should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed.

    • Travel day. Those leaving Cancun will be provided group transport to the airport. Please check your individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time.
