Yes, every Bill.com President's Club inductee can invite one guest. All guests must be 18+ as this is an adults-only resort. Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling, or best friend. It should be someone that is an important part of your life. You cannot bring an active employee as your guest unless they are your spouse or partner.
All qualifiers will be notified through email with a link to registration. All registrations must be received by Friday, August 28th! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in the November trip.
All flights are required to be booked through Executive Group Travel. Upon completing the registration, a representative from EGT will be in contact within 72 hours with several flight options and once selected, will be booked for you and your guest. We ask that you please do not book a flight on your own.
Executive Group Travel will manage the budget for each attendees flight. You will be held responsible for the difference of any flights that go over your budget and you will be provided instructions to cover that through Executive Group Travel.
Please note all flights will be booked directly in and out of the Cancun Airport (CUN) only.
We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. The group rate is offered 3 days prior to and 3 days after the event.
Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, you will be financially responsible to cover any cost of the cancellation of your extension nights.
Yes, all guests attending the trip need a valid passport that does not expire until AFTER your departure date from Mexico.
Please make sure your RSVP information matches your passport.
As an INSPIRA guest, you have the ability to make reservations for priority dinner times. We highly recommend making dinner reservations upon arrival by visiting the Concierge Desk to the left of the lobby bar behind the front desk and also will be assigned a 'Butler' who is there to help you with anything needed during your stay.

This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits and sandals will be worn for most of the event! Long pants are not required at any of the restaurants.

No, tips are included as part of the all inclusive package but if you want to tip additional for exceptional service you can, this additional tip will be charged to your room and would be your responsibility to cover the cost of. Upon checking out of the hotel, you would see this charge on the credit card that you placed on file at check in.

Yes. When you arrive to CUN airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the BILL sign held by AMSTAR once you exit the airport.
For your transfer from Atelier Playa Mujeres to the CUN airport, you must check-out from the hotel and meet the Amstar rep in the main lobby. At check out, you will be provided with a hotel checkout card, which you will need to provide to the bellman in order to depart the hotel.
If you extend your trip outside of the official event dates, it will be your responsibility to arrange and pay for airport transportation.
There will be two options.
1. Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
